Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University seeks an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to own Workday Adaptive Planning, build models, and deliver insightful reports and dashboards. You will collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Adaptive Planning solutions that enhance budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an administrator/developer/model builder role for Adaptive Planning.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Proven ability to build complex Adaptive Planning reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator for day-to-day ops.
• Own models, dimensions, accounts, sheets, and security within Adaptive.
• Translate business needs into scalable Adaptive configurations and reports.
• Manage user access, security, and data governance within the platform.
• Create documentation and training materials; conduct user trainings.
• Design planning solutions balancing flexibility with controls and maintainability.
