Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst specialized in Workday Adaptive Planning. You will administer, model-build, and report across the Adaptive Planning environment to support budgeting, forecasting and workforce planning.

You’ll partner with Finance, HR and IT to translate complex requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst roles, with at least 3+ years using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, business, information systems, data analytics, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing complex Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards and management reporting solutions.
• Experience with Adaptive OfficeConnect and managing reporting packages.
• Strong understanding of Adaptive Planning dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, assumptions, formulas, and business rules.
• Experience creating in/out bound integrations between Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM, and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes: budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and variance analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator, handling day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance and optimization.
• Own and maintain Adaptive Planning structures: models, dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations, including model structures and reporting solutions.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions and security while ensuring data governance and controls.
• Produce and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides; conduct training sessions.
• Design and build Adaptive Planning models and planning solutions balancing flexibility, usability, and controls.
• Collaborate with Finance and stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver Adaptive reporting for budgets, forecasts, actuals, and metrics.
• Partner with HR to develop workforce planning models and reporting within Adaptive Planning.
• Develop, monitor, reconcile and troubleshoot integrations between Workday modules and Adaptive Planning.
• Engage with IT and technical teams on data architecture, APIs and complex integrations.
• Facilitate discussions to translate needs into effective, scalable solutions; identify opportunities for improvement.
