Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for Workday Adaptive Planning. You will be the primary administrator, building models and reports, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.

You will partner with Finance, HRIS, ITS, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Adaptive Planning solutions, ensuring security and governance while driving platform optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on experience in an administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst capacity, with 3+ years using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
• Strong experience with Adaptive Planning dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, assumptions, formulas, and model structures.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize the Workday Adaptive Planning environment.
• Build models, dimensions, accounts, versions, sheets, and rules to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Create scalable Adaptive reports, dashboards, and OfficeConnect outputs.
• Manage user access, security, and data governance; ensure data integrity and timely performance.
• Collaborate with Finance, HRIS, ITS, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into Adaptive Planning solutions.
