Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Workday Absence & HCM Senior Analyst to support delivery, optimization and maintenance of Workday Absence, Skills Cloud and Core HCM across Crowe. You will configure processes, build reports, manage security and coordinate releases to meet business needs.

The role requires at least two years of Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong collaboration with Talent Solutions, IT and Payroll.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration.
• Professional Services industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure business processes including notifications, rules, analytics and sub-processes.
• Maintain global leave, accruals and eligibility rules.
• Build and test reports with calculated fields and data integrity.
• Manage EIB templates and Mass Operations Management solutions.
• Coordinate feature releases with Talent Solutions, IT and Finance.
• Maintain security groups and create new ones as needed.
• Own Absence, Time Off, Skills Cloud and Core HCM requests and status updates.
• Document requirements, designs and testing plans.
• Execute research on best practices and solutions.
• Support adoption of new modules, integrations and enhancements.
