Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Workday Absence & HCM Senior Analyst to support delivery, optimization and maintenance of Workday Absence, Skills Cloud and Core HCM. You will collaborate with Talent Solutions, IT, Payroll and vendors to ensure Workday aligns with business needs.

The role requires at least two years of Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) required
• Minimum two years of experience in Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration required
• Professionalism, confidentiality and confidence in dealing with sensitive information
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Workday Absence, Leave, Time Off, and related Core HCM processes
• Configure notifications, rules, analytics, and sub-processes
• Build and test reports with calculated fields and validate data integrity
• Manage EIB templates and Mass Operations Management
• Support release assessments and testing for Absence and other areas
• Maintain security groups and provisioning
• Collaborate with Talent Solutions, IT, Payroll and vendors
• Document requirements, designs, and testing plans
• Drive process improvements and automation opportunities
• Coordinate with Payroll to map plans to earnings codes
