Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Business Development for Veterinary to close large multi-location deals. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to signed contracts, involving owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders.

This role focuses on strategic accounts and expansions across locations. You will work with our sales development team and inbound leads to convert opportunities, with a quota-driven path rather than team management responsibilities.

Competenze

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• Prefer closing business over people management.

Mansioni

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services once a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft deals that matter.
