Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Business Development for Veterinary to own large multi-location deals from initial meeting to signed contracts. You will navigate long, consultative cycles with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, handling complex negotiations across locations.

The role focuses on closing over $1M annually, backed by our inbound leads and sales development team. This is a remote, full-time position targeting expansion as deals close.

Formación

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annual deals on large, multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefer closing over people management.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft winning proposals.
