CVS Health is seeking a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer to join the Human Resources Technology team. You will lead the Varicent platform integrations, architecture, and analytics to support Total Rewards and HR partners across the enterprise.

The role requires deep technical expertise and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant solutions for compensation and incentive programs. 40-hour work week with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

5+ years Varicent SPM experience with calculations and configuration.
5+ years building Varicent integrations with enterprise systems.
4+ years Varicent integration architecture and design.
Bachelor's Degree required.
4+ years HR tech and cloud experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and technical partners to support the Varicent architecture and integration roadmap.
Create architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and operational procedures.
Design end-to-end Varicent integrations with Workday, Salesforce and Google Cloud Platform.
Lead vendor release processes and guide regression testing.
Maintain up-to-date Varicent documentation and governance.
