Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer to join the HR Technology team. You will drive the Varicent platform's technical architecture, integrations, and reporting to support Total Rewards and HR stakeholders.

The role requires deep collaboration with HR Tech, COEs, and HR Shared Services across business segments, maintaining governance and ensuring scalable solutions with strong cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience with configurations.
• 5+ years building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
• 4+ years designing Varicent integration architecture and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Support Varicent technical architecture and integration roadmap.
• Create architecture diagrams, docs, and integration specs.
• Design end-to-end integrations with Workday, Salesforce, and GCP.
• Lead vendor releases and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
• Develop and maintain Varicent reports, dashboards, and analytics.
