CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer to drive technical architecture and integration for the Varicent SPM platform within HR Technology. You will collaborate with business and technical partners to deliver scalable solutions for compensation workflows and incentives.

The role requires deep Varicent experience, strong problem-solving, and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. This full-time position includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience.
• 5+ years configuring Varicent integrations with enterprise systems.
• 5+ years configuring Varicent calculations, workflows and rules.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Varicent architecture and integration roadmap.
• Create architecture diagrams and specs for Varicent integrations.
• Design end-to-end integration with Workday, Salesforce, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop Varicent calculations, workflows, incentives, and rules.
• Mentor teammates and enforce engineering standards.
• Govern platform security and governance.
