The role requires deep expertise in Varicent SPM, enterprise integrations, and cross-functional collaboration with HR partners, IT, and providers. You will document solutions, drive improvements, and ensure scalable, compliant implementations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience.
- 5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
Responsibilities
- Support Varicent technical architecture and integration roadmap.
- Create and maintain architecture diagrams and integration specifications.
- Collaborate with HR Technology and partners to translate requirements into solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and timelines.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and runbooks for the Varicent platform.
