Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer to join the HR Technology team. You will own technical architecture, integrations, and compensation platform enhancements for Total Rewards operations.

You will collaborate with HR Tech, COEs, and HR Shared Services, translating business needs into scalable Varicent solutions and documentation, while mentoring engineers and maintaining governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience with calculations, workflows and config.
• 5+ years building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
• 4+ years configuring Varicent reports, dashboards and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Strong collaboration with HR Technology and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Support Varicent architecture and integration roadmap with global priorities.
• Create architecture diagrams, specs, and operational procedures.
• Design end-to-end integration between Varicent and Workday, Salesforce, GCP.
• Develop Varicent calculations, workflows, incentives and rules.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and timely delivery of features.
• Mentor teammates and enforce engineering standards.
• Monitor platform health; perform root cause analysis on incidents.
