CVS Health is seeking a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer to support the HR Technology team. You will guide technical architecture, integrations, and compensation technology needs across Total Rewards and HR partners.

Qualifications
- 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience, including calculations, workflows and configuration.
- 5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
- 5+ years configuring and debugging Varicent business processes and configurations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate to support Varicent architecture and integration roadmap across global priorities.
- Create and maintain architecture diagrams, specs, and operational procedures.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions with clear timelines and deliverables.
- Lead end-to-end integration design between Varicent and Workday, Salesforce, and GCP.
- Configure Varicent apps, calculations, workflows, rules, and compensation plan components.
- Mentor team members and ensure high engineering standards.
