Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer to support compensation technology across HR and Total Rewards. You will own Varicent platform integrations, architecture, and reporting, partnering with HR Technology, COEs, and shared services to deliver scalable solutions. 40 hours weekly, full-time.

Ideal candidates have extensive Varicent experience, strong communication, and a track record of delivering complex integration projects across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience, including calculations, workflows and configuration.
5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
4+ years of experience with Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and technical partners to support Varicent architecture and integration roadmap.
Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and integration specifications for Varicent.
Design end-to-end integration solutions between Varicent and Workday, Salesforce, and Google Cloud.
Lead translation of business requirements into technical solutions and timelines.
