Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer to join the Human Resources Technology team. You will support Compensation operations by delivering scalable Varicent-based solutions and oversee its integrations and technical architecture across HR systems.
The role requires deep technical expertise, collaboration with partners, and ongoing governance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience including calculations and workflows.
- 5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
- 5+ years configuring and debugging Varicent business processes and configurations.
- 4+ years Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.
- 4+ years HR technology experience including cloud and mobile tech.
Responsibilities
- Support Varicent technical architecture and integration roadmap with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain docs, architecture diagrams, and integration specs.
- Design end-to-end integrations between Varicent and Workday, Salesforce, and GCP.
- Lead testing, release processes, and vendor interactions for new features.
- Maintain governance, security controls, and platform health monitoring.
