Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer to join the Human Resources Technology team. The role focuses on technical architecture, integrations, and platform optimization to support compensation operations across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will blend deep Varicent expertise with strong collaboration across HR Technology, COEs, and HR Shared Services to deliver scalable solutions that meet business needs and drive partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience including calculations, workflows and configuration.
• 5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
• 4+ years of experience with Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.
• 4+ years in HR technology landscape including cloud computing and mobile technologies.
• 4+ years designing, building and maintaining Varicent reports, dashboards and analytics.
• 3+ years of strong communication with business partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to support Varicent architecture and integration roadmap.
• Create and maintain technical docs, diagrams, and integration specifications.
• Evaluate platform capabilities through research and testing.
• Develop plans with deliverables and timelines, and communicate progress.
• Ensure the product meets business needs and objectives.
• Support enhancements, requests, and defects with scalable solutions.
• Design end-to-end integrations between Varicent and systems like Workday/Salesforce/GCP.
• Configure Varicent applications, calculations, workflows, and compensation components.
