CVS Health is seeking a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer to join the HR Technology team. You will lead the Varicent platform integrations, support Compensation business operations, and work with HR partners to design scalable solutions that enable accurate incentive calculations and compliant governance across the organization.

Qualifications
- 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience including calculations, workflows and configuration.
- 5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
- 4+ years of experience with Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical partners to support Varicent architecture and integration roadmap.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, integration specs, and operational procedures.
- Design end-to-end integration solutions between Varicent and systems like Workday, Salesforce, and Google Cloud Platform.
