CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer to lead the technical architecture and integration roadmap for the Varicent platform within the HR Tech ecosystem. You will support the Compensation organization by delivering scalable technology solutions and collaborate with HR Technology, COEs, and HR Shared Services across business segments.

Qualifications

5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience, including calculations, workflows and configuration.
5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
5+ years configuring and debugging Business Processes and building solutions in Varicent.
5+ years of experience with calculations, complex reports, and various configurations in Varicent.
4+ years of experience with Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.
4+ years of experience in HR technology landscape, including cloud computing and mobile technologies.
4+ years designing, building, and maintaining Varicent reports, dashboards, analytics, and audit capabilities.
4+ years demonstrating strong organizational, analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
4+ years developing and sustaining relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
3+ years experience providing timely resolution for defects and collaborating with SaaS vendors.
3+ years working with business partners to optimize processes.
3+ years teamwork and multi-tasking.
3+ years excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with partners to support Varicent architecture and integration roadmap.
Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and integration specs.
Evaluate platform capabilities through research and testing.
Develop plans with timelines and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives.
Support enhancements, requests, and defect resolution with scalable solutions.
Design and implement end-to-end integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
Configure Varicent applications, calculations, workflows, and compensation components.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and test plans and results.
Mentor team members and promote engineering excellence.
