Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer with expertise in technical architecture and integration to join the Human Resources Technology team. This role will support the Compensation business by delivering scalable technology solutions and ensuring the Varicent platform aligns with global priorities.
You will collaborate with HR Technology, COEs, and HR Shared Services, design end-to-end integrations with Workday, Salesforce, and Google Cloud, and mentor teammates
Qualifications
- 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience, including calculations, workflows and configuration.
- 5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
- 4+ years of experience with Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.
- 4+ years of experience in HR technology landscape, including cloud computing and mobile technologies.
- 4+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining Varicent reports, dashboards, analytics, and audit capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical partners to support Varicent architecture and integration roadmap.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and procedures.
- Design end-to-end integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems (Workday, Salesforce, GCP).
- Configure Varicent applications, including calculations, workflows, and compensation components.
