Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer to drive the technical architecture, integrations, and governance of the Varicent SPM platform within the HR Technology team. The role focuses on enabling compensation operations through scalable, reliable technology solutions and tight collaboration with HR partners, COEs, and Shared Services across all business segments.

The ideal candidate combines advanced Varicent expertise with strong stakeholder management

Qualifications

5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience, including calculations, workflows and configuration.
5+ years of experience configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
4+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining complex Varicent reports, dashboards, analytics, and audit capabilities.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and technical partners to support the Varicent architecture and integration roadmap.
Create and maintain technical docs, architecture diagrams, and integration specifications for Varicent.
Design and implement end-to-end integration solutions between Varicent and systems like Workday, Salesforce, and Google Cloud Platform.
Mentor team members and promote engineering excellence through code reviews and standards.
