Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer to join the HR Technology team. You will support the Compensation business by delivering scalable technology across Varicent SPM, its integrations, and its architecture.

Accomplished professional will collaborate with HR Partners and COEs to align solutions with business goals, maintain governance, and mentor peers in engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience including calculations, workflows and configuration.
• 5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
• 5+ years configuring and debugging Varicent business processes and solutions.
• 4+ years of Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.
• 4+ years in HR technology with cloud/mobile tech exposure.
• Bachelor's degree required; strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Varicent technical architecture and integration roadmap with partners.
• Create documentation, diagrams, integration specs, and support procedures.
• Design end-to-end integrations between Varicent and Workday, Salesforce, and GCP.
• Develop Varicent applications including calculations, workflows, and incentives.
• Lead acceptance testing, governance, and vendor coordination for releases.
