Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer to strengthen its HR Technology team. This role centers on technical architecture and integration to support Compensation operations, delivering scalable solutions for the Varicent SPM platform and its integrations with Workday, Salesforce and Google Cloud Platform.

Qualifications

5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience, including calculations, workflows and configuration.
5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
5+ years configuring and debugging Varicent processes and business rules.
5+ years of calculations, complex reports and Varicent configurations.
4+ years Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.
4+ years HR technology landscape, including cloud/mobile technologies.
4+ years building Varicent reports, dashboards, analytics and audit capabilities.
4+ years with organizational, analytical, time management and problem-solving skills.
3+ years developing and sustaining relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
3+ years resolving defects with SaaS vendors and optimizing processes.
3+ years working with business partners to optimize processes.
3+ years teamwork and collaboration with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support Varicent architecture and integration roadmap with global partners.
Create architecture diagrams, integration specs and operational procedures.
Evaluate platform capabilities through research and testing.
Maintain deliverables lists, timelines and stakeholder progress updates.
Design end‑to‑end integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems like Workday, Salesforce and GCP.
Configure, customize and develop Varicent applications and documentation at each stage.
Lead vendor release activities and guide regression testing teams.
Mentor team members and promote engineering excellence.
