Job summary

Novitates is hiring a senior Inside Sales Manager to grow the US pipeline from a fully remote setting. You will own outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and progression through the funnel as an individual contributor with no direct reports.

We seek a data-driven, high-activity sales professional experienced selling IT services remotely into the US market, with preference for Pega familiarity and enterprise software exposure.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of B2B inside sales experience in IT services/software.
• Proven self-generating pipeline and quota attainment in a remote setting.
• Strong outbound prospecting skills via phone, email, and social channels.
• Experience selling into the US market with aligned US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume outbound prospecting to build a qualified US pipeline.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build target lists and execute social selling outreach.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and progress them through early/mid sales stages.
• Conduct discovery calls and virtual product demos to advance opportunities.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting in Salesforce or HubSpot.
