Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, telecom, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive telecom/UC engineering experience in large environments.
• Hands‑on design, configuration, and support of enterprise UC/telephony platforms.
• Experience operating in secure federal or regulated environments with change management.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain UC/telephony solutions across on‑premise and cloud.
• Monitor performance and health of UC networks and diagnose issues.
• Troubleshoot complex UC incidents including escalations from Tier II.
• Develop standards and runbooks for UC platforms and trunks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan changes and migrations.
• Produce reports and recommendations to optimize UC environment.
• Provide training and guidance on UC capabilities and best practices.
• Support compliance with federal security, privacy, and records requirements.
