Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain enterprise UC solutions across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Monitor performance and health of UC networks, analyze KPIs, identify bottlenecks.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for UC incidents.
• Develop standards, runbooks, and configuration baselines for UC platforms and related infrastructure.
• Collaborate with network, security, infrastructure, and service desk teams to plan changes and migrations.
• Produce technical reports and capacity analyses to inform improvements in UC environments.
• Provide training and guidance to customers and internal teams on UC capabilities and best practices.
• Support compliance with federal security/privacy requirements by implementing appropriate controls.
