HDR is seeking a national Transmission EPC Principal within our Power Delivery Practice to be part of our national Alternative Delivery (AD) Leadership Team. The individual will drive collaboration between HDR’s global power delivery staff and our construction teaming partners, focusing on technical bid development, estimating, and transitioning projects from pursuit to execution.

The successful candidate should have a broad understanding of the technical risks inherent to transmission EPC

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and professional registration.
• 10 years of experience in related field.
• Experience leading EPC teams and managing diverse remote groups.
• Strong writing and communication skills; ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Pursuit Champion / Manager on Transmission EPC projects.
• Lead risk analysis, routing design, and BOM takeoff support.
• Develop scope, schedule and budget for AD projects.
• Interface with contractors and HDR subconsultants on risk discussions.
• Develop FEED templates, standards, drawings and templates; support templates and procedures.
