HDR is seeking a national Transmission EPC Principal to join our Power Delivery Practice and serve on the national Alternative Delivery Leadership Team. You will drive technical bid development, estimating and transition from pursuit to execution across HDR and partners.

You will lead engineering teams, oversee FEED development, and coordinate with land, environmental, GIS, and other staff while managing scope, schedule and budgets for AD projects. Up to 20% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and PE license.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• 10 years of transmission design experience and 5+ years leading EPC teams.
• Experience developing EPC design and construction packages.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Pursuit Champion/Manager on Transmission EPC projects and transition to execution team.
• Lead scope, schedule and budget development with HDR and partners.
• Facilitate risk analysis, routing, material takeoffs and value engineering.
• Interface with contractors and subconsultants during pursuit and project delivery.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and discipline leads.
