HDR is seeking a national Transmission EPC Principal within our Power Delivery Practice to drive technical bid development, estimating, and transition from pursuit to execution. This role collaborates with HDR’s global staff and partners, overseeing risk analysis and FEED development for complex AD projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transmission design, EPC package development, and leadership of remote engineering teams, with travel up to 20%.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical Engineering required.
• Professional Engineering license required.
• PMP certification preferred; strong leadership in EPC projects expected.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Pursuit Champion on Transmission EPC projects and transition to execution team.
• Facilitate risk analysis, routing, BOM takeoff, and value engineering.
• Lead scope, schedule and budget development for AD projects; coordinate with multiple groups.
