Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil and/or Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional Engineering License required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 10 years experience in transmission design.
• 5 years leading EPC project engineering teams.
• Experience with EPC design and construction packages.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pursuit Champion on Transmission EPC projects and transition to execution teams.
• Lead scope, schedule, and budget development for AD projects.
• Coordinate with land survey, geotech, environmental, GIS, and real estate teams.
• Perform risk analyses, develop mitigation strategies, and support VE/constructability reviews.
• Assist in Go/No-Go decisions and in preparing SOQs and proposals.
• Develop FEED templates and project delivery standards for transmission EPC pursuits.
