Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks an Advanced Staff Thermal Systems Engineer to lead system-level architectures and execution for aerospace programs. You will partner with Program Management, direct a multidisciplinary team, and serve as the primary technical contact for customers.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to technical strategy, and drive improvements in VCS/LCS/ACS systems and environmental qualification methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in Systems Engineering, preferably Thermal Management.
• 15+ years of Systems Engineering experience desired, with aerospace emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Develop program architecture and technical approach across thermal and control domains.
• Act as technical lead, coordinating internal and external resources.
• Identify and manage technical risks with Program Manager.
• Ensure traceability from top-level requirements to sub-system specs.
• Lead technical leadership within Intergalactic engineering group.
