Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking an Advanced Staff Thermal Systems Engineer in the United States to lead system-level architectures and execution for aerospace thermal management programs. You will serve as the primary technical contact for clients, manage a multidisciplinary team, and drive technical strategy within Intergalactic engineering.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with customers and suppliers, and ensure documentation from prototype to production meets requirements and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5+ years in Systems Engineering, preferably in Thermal Management.
• Familiarity with VCS, LCS, ACS and aerospace environmental tests (MIL-STD-810/DO-160).
• Proven leadership, program management, and mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop program architecture and technical approach across thermal and controls domains.
• Lead technical activities with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Manage technical risks and ensure successful program execution.
• Document verification, traceability, and transition to production.
• Collaborate with customers and provide engineering support.
