Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering and minimum 5 years in Systems Engineering, preferably Thermal Management.
• Broad knowledge of aerospace disciplines including requirements management, verification and validation, mechanical design, materials, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop program architecture and technical approach for thermal systems and controls.
• Lead technical activities across internal and external resources, ensuring clear objectives and measurable results.
• Identify and manage technical risks, decompose requirements, and verify down to components and suppliers.
• Act as technical leader contributing to strategy and growth of the engineering team.
• Support customers and vendors during design development and transition to production.
