Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to drive revenue growth in a remote, travel-heavy role.

You will lead territory sales, develop strategic plans, and build strong customer relationships while guiding opportunities from discovery to close. Ideal candidates will leverage value selling, technical insight, and cross-functional collaboration to exceed targets and differentiate Honeywell offerings.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE: 5+ years in public safety / related domain and territory experience.
• Experience with Public Safety technologies and travel within US/Canada.
• Strong consultative selling and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a designated territory, driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the market and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing innovative solutions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support.
• Value selling from understanding the customers challenges and translating needs into proposals.
• Provide technical acumen to evaluate and recommend best practices for customer needs.
• Regular on-site visits and communications with customers before, during, and after sales.
• Maintain research on competitive marketplace and travel up to 75%.
• Lead and manage a designated territory, driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
