Job summary

Honeywell International Inc is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to lead sales in a remote territory across the US and Canada. You will develop strategic plans, build key customer relationships, and drive revenue growth while exceeding targets.

You will report to the Sales Director and travel up to 75% to support on-site visits, events, and customer engagements. A strong background in Public Safety tech and CRM proficiency are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of public safety subject matter expertise (Fire, Medic, Dispatch).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Public Safety Technologies (radio, CAD, fire station alerting).
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory and to US/Canada events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a designated territory, driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the market and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing innovative solutions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support.
• Value selling by translating customers’ challenges into sales proposals.
• Provide technical acumen to evaluate and recommend best practices for customer needs.
• Conduct regular on-site visits and maintain proactive customer communications.
• Stay informed on the competitive marketplace.
