Branch Financial, LLC is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to own a defined state or set of states, driving growth with independent agencies through in-person field engagement and strategic partnerships. You will own a production target, manage agency relationships, and advocate for Branch quoting tools.

The role emphasizes a hands-on, field-based approach, with extensive travel and autonomy to plan weekly activity while reporting progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota- or target-carrying field sales role.
• Experience with managing a high-travel, self-directed field schedule.
• Strong in-person presentation and group training skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with agency principals and drive adoption of Branch's quoting tools.
• Lead in-person field visits and training with agencies.
• Manage target agency lists and track production against quotas.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Underwriting, and Ops to remove territory barriers.
• Bind premium and policy count in territory and maintain a pipeline of agencies.
