Branch is remote-first and seeks a Senior Territory Manager to own a defined state or set of states, driving growth through independent agencies and Branch’s quoting tools. You will manage production targets, build trust with agency principals, and lead in-person engagements to accelerate adoption of Branch’s platform.

The role emphasizes a relationship-first approach, field-based activity, and a data-driven go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota- or target-carrying field sales role with defined geography or book of business.
• Demonstrated accountability to a specific production number.
• Experience influencing independent professionals to choose your product/service over alternatives.
• Existing relationships with independent agencies in the assigned state(s) are helpful.
• Comfort with a high-travel, self-directed field schedule.
• Strong in-person presentation and group training skills.
• Ability to quickly establish credibility with agency principals and producers.

Responsabilités

• Own the territory and build a target agency list, managing time across relationships.
• Carry a production target for bound premium and policy count; maintain agency pipeline.
• Conduct in-person agency visits, lunch-and-learns, and local events to build relationships.
• Secure commitments with specific production targets.
• Pitch Branch's value proposition and accountability to performance.
• Drive quoting quality and educate agencies on Branch's ideal risk profile.
• Train agencies to quote in Branch's platform before using external raters.
• Grow the share of producing agencies and re-engage quiet ones.
• Address objections and provide field-sourced insights to Branch strategy.
