Job summary

Branch Financial, LLC is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to lead defined state or set of states and grow business with independent agencies. The role is remote-first, with travel to agencies, lunches, and local events to build face-to-face relationships and drive adoption of Branch's quoting tools.

You will carry a production target, manage a pipeline of appointed agencies, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Underwriting, and Operations to remove barriers to growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota- or target-carrying field sales role.
• Independent agency distribution or field sales experience preferred.
• Strong in-person presentation and training skills with credibility with agency principals.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Branch to agency principals and producers, driving adoption of Branch's quoting tools.
• Replace remote governance with in-person, field-based engagements and bring field feedback to Branch leadership.
• Build and segment a target agency list, manage production targets for bound premium and policy count.
• Run consistent in-person agency visits, lunch-and-learns, and local events to strengthen relationships.
• Communicate Branch's value proposition and differentiators to target producers.
• Grow share of target agencies that write business with Branch and coach on quoting platform use.
