Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota- or target-carrying field sales role where you owned a defined geography or book of business; experience with independent agency distribution or SaaS sales helps.
• Demonstrated accountability to a specific production number.
• Experience influencing independent professionals to choose your product/service over alternatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory: build and manage a target agency list and territory plan; iterate with your manager.
• Carry a production target for bound premium and policy count; maintain a pipeline view of agencies and trends.
• Visit agencies in person; host lunch-and-learns and local events to build relationships with principals and producers.
