Job summary

Branch Financial, LLC is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to own a defined state(s) and grow the volume of business from independent agencies. You will travel in person, build trust with principals and producers, and drive adoption of Branch's quoting tools while meeting production targets.

You will set your plan, manage a pipeline, and defend your choices against your numbers. This field-based role centers Branch's IA strategy and reports to the Director, Territory Management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota- or target-carrying field sales role.
• Experience selling to independent agencies and partners.
• Strong ability to develop territory plans and hit production targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory and build a target agency list for growth.
• Carry a production target and track progress across the period.
• Conduct in-person agency visits, lunches, and local events.
• Secure commitments and drive branch adoption with agencies.
• Explain Branch value and quoting platform to producers.
• Educate agencies on Branch's risk profile for better quotes.
• Train agency staff to quote in Branch's platform before Rater.
• Grow producing agencies and re-engage dormant ones.
• Address objections and provide field-informed insights to Branch.
• Report territory feedback to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Underwriting, and Operations.
