Branch Financial, LLC is hiring a Senior Territory Manager to own a defined state(s) and grow production through independent agencies. You will drive adoption of Branch’s quoting tools and maintain a high-trust agency network with a data-driven approach to territory management.

The role emphasizes face-to-face relationship building, a disciplined plan, and strong negotiation to hit production targets across your territory while traveling as needed in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota- or target-carrying field sales role.
• Experience influencing independent professionals; closing commitments.
• Strong in-person presentation and group training skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the territory and build/iterate a territory plan.
• Carry a production target for bound premium and policy count.
• Lead in-person agency visits, events, and trainings to drive adoption.
• Pitch Branch’s value proposition and independent-agent engagement.
• Drive quoting quality and coach agencies to quote in Branch’s platform.
• Activate and retain producing agencies and address objections directly.
