Branch Financial, LLC is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to own a defined state or set of states and drive growth with independent agencies. This field-based role emphasizes relationship building, guiding agencies to adopt Branch quoting tools, and delivering high-quality, productive partnerships.

You will operate in a remote-first environment with travel to agency locations, meetings, and events, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Underwriting, and Operations to remove barriers and hit

Competenze

• 5+ years in a quota- or target-carrying field sales role with defined geography or book of business.
• Experience with independent agency distribution, territory/field sales, or SaaS sales preferred.
• Comfort and experience with a high-travel, self-directed field schedule.
• Strong in-person presentation and group training skills with ability to establish credibility with agency principals and producers.

• Build and segment a target agency list or manage a segmented target agency list, and decide where your time goes.
• Carry a production target for bound premium and policy count in your territory.
• Maintain a pipeline view of appointed agencies, quoting trends, and bound premium by agency.
• Track against target, flag gaps early, and adjust your plan to close them.
• Run in-person agency visits, lunch-and-learns, and local events to build relationships.
