Job summary

Branch Financial, LLC is seeking a Senior Territory Manager in a remote-first role guiding a defined state or set of states. You will grow the volume and quality of business from independent agencies, meeting production targets and driving adoption of Branch’s quoting tools.

You will travel as needed, build trusted relationships with agency principals and producers, and lead coaching to write business that fits Branch’s appetite. This position reports to the Director, Territory Management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota- or target-carrying field sales role.
• Experience with independent agency distribution is preferred.
• Strong in-person presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of P&C insurance underwriting or appetite is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and manage a self-directed field schedule.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory and manage a target agency list.
• Carry a production target for bound premium and policy count.
• Run in-person agency visits, lunches, and local events.
• Pitch Branch's value proposition clearly to target producers.
• Drive quality quoting behavior and agency activation.
• Provide actionable territory insights to Branch leadership.
