Branch Financial, LLC is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to lead growth across a defined state set in the United States. You’ll cultivate strategic agency partnerships, drive adoption of Branch’s quoting tools, and hit production targets in a remote-first, field-driven role.

You’ll balance in-person visits with virtual engagement, build a prioritized agency list, manage pipeline, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Underwriting, and Operations to remove barriers to growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota- or target-carrying field sales role.
• Experience with independent agency distribution and territory sales.
• Comfort with a high-travel, self-directed field schedule.
• Strong in-person presentation and group training skills.

Responsabilités

• Be the face of Branch to agency principals and producers to build trust and drive adoption of Branch's quoting tools.
• Replace the remote management model with an in-person, field-based approach and manage a disciplined weekly schedule.
• Build and segment a target agency list and manage pipeline, quotes, and bound premium by agency.
• Conduct in-person visits, lunch-and-learns, and local events to foster relationships.
