Branch Financial, LLC is seeking a Senior Territory Manager in a remote-first setup. You will own defined state(s), drive agency partnerships, and hit production targets for quoted and bound premium. This role blends field visits with strategic coaching of agencies to adopt Branch's tools and appetite.

Expect travel, high autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration to remove barriers and grow the Branch footprint in your territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota- or target-carrying field sales role.
• Experience with managing a high-travel, self-directed field schedule.
• Strong in-person presentation and group training skills.

Responsabilités

• Be the face of Branch to agency principals and producers, driving adoption of quoting tools.
• Replace remote agency management with in-person, field-based outreach.
• Build and segment a target agency list and manage time against production targets.
• Conduct regular in-person agency visits, lunch-and-learns, and local events.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Underwriting, and Operations to remove barriers.
