Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to drive revenue growth in a designated US/Canada territory. You will lead sales efforts, build strong customer relationships, and develop strategic plans to penetrate markets and expand the customer base.

You will report to the Sales Director in a remote territory and travel up to 75% to customer sites and events. The role emphasizes value selling, industry expertise, and lifecycle support for mission-critical systems that save lives and property.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of public safety subject matter expertise (preferable Fire, Medic, Dispatch).
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Public Safety Technologies (radio, CAD, fire station alerting).
• Ability to travel within assigned territory and to U.S. and Canada-based events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a designated territory, driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the market and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing innovative solutions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support.
• Value selling by understanding customer challenges and translating needs into sales proposals.
