Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a Senior Territory Manager in a remote national role for the Atlanta region. You will lead a designated territory, drive revenue growth, and exceed sales targets by developing strategic plans and building strong customer relationships.

You will travel up to 75% and partner with cross-functional teams to onboard customers, process orders, and deliver value-based solutions that address critical public safety needs.

Qualificações

• Must have at least 5 years of public safety expertise (fire, medic, dispatch).
• Min 5 years with public safety technologies (radio, CAD, fire station alerting).
• Ability to travel within assigned territory and to US/Canada events.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a designated territory, driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the market and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing innovative solutions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support.
• Value selling by translating customer challenges into sales proposals.
• Provide technical recommendations and best practices to meet customer needs.
• Conduct regular on-site visits and maintain ongoing communication with customers.
• Research the competitive marketplace to stay ahead.
