Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Telecom Engineer IV to provide Tier 3/4 support, engineering and deployment for the Enterprise Voice Team. You will mentor junior staff and work with Project Managers across IT and business units.

The role focuses on VOIP, TDM routing, PBX, and Call Center engineering in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities and a strong emphasis on safety and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field required; telecom focus preferred.
• 10+ years in Telecommunications with VOIP/TDM, PBX, IT PM, budgets, call center engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 and 4 support, troubleshooting, issue isolation and root cause analysis.
• Design, test and deploy components for Enterprise Voice Team projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and other IT teams for implementation and deployment.
• Mentor junior team members and interface with internal departments as needed.
