Zusammenfassung

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an experienced Telecom Engineer IV to provide Tier 3/4 support, engineering, design, testing and deployment for the Enterprise Voice Team, including Voice Facilities, UCaaS Platform, and VOIP interfaces.

Mentoring junior team members is also expected. The role requires strong PBX and VOIP expertise, collaboration with IT and business stakeholders, and ongoing professional development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
• Associate's degree or equivalent with 10 years’ experience focused on Telecommunications required.
• 10 years or more in Telecommunications with VOIP/TDM Network Routing, PBX Support, IT Project Management, IT Budgets, Call Center Engineering required.
• VoIP knowledge important Advanced, required.
• PBX knowledge important Advanced, required.
• Call center administration skills important Advanced, preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide Tier 3 and 4 support, engineering/design, testing and deployment for Enterprise Voice Team.
• Lead troubleshooting, issue isolation, resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Attend Project Design meetings to determine required engineering for new projects.
• Interface with Project Manager and other IT departments to implement designs.
• Pursue ongoing education to stay updated on platform advancements.
