Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Telecom Engineer IV to provide Tier 3 and 4 support, engineering and deployment for the Enterprise Voice Team, including Voice Facilities, UCaaS, and VOIP interfaces. You will mentor junior staff and coordinate with IT peers and project managers throughout all project phases.

The role emphasizes continuous learning to leverage new platform features and technologies while delivering robust voice solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred).
• Associate's degree or equivalent 10 years’ experience focused on Telecommunications is required.
• 10+ years in Telecommunications with VOIP/TDM, PBX, IT project management and call center engineering are required.

Responsabilités

• Provide Tier 3 and 4 support, troubleshooting, issue isolation and root cause analysis.
• Participate in project design meetings with IT teams and business owners to plan engineering requirements.
• Lead design, testing and deployment of components supported by the Enterprise Voice Team and interface with other IT departments.
• Pursue education to stay current with new platform features and technology through providers.
