Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Telecom Engineer IV to provide Tier 3 and 4 support, engineering, design, testing and deployment for the Enterprise Voice Team, covering Voice Facilities, UCaaS Platform, and VOIP interfaces.

The incumbent mentors junior team members and collaborates with Project Managers and IT colleagues on deployments. Responsibilities include leading escalations, participating in design discussions, and ensuring robust voice platform deployments across projects, while pursuing

Responsibilities

• Support Tier 3 and 4 trouble escalations to lead troubleshooting, issue isolation, resolution and RCA.
• Attend Project Design meetings to determine required engineering for new projects.
• Support Projects from design, testing and deployment; interface with internal IT departments.
• Pursue relevant education to stay abreast of new tech on platforms supported by the Enterprise Voice Team.
